DESCRIPTION
What we explore
The physical body, including weakness, loss of strength, and recovery
Emotional landscapes—fragility, vulnerability, resilience, and compassion
Mental patterns that freeze us, and ways to gently unfreeze them
Existential and heart-based dimensions—meaning, passion, and life force
Movement engages the brain, nervous system, muscles, senses, and heart. We work slowly and with care, allowing each participant to meet themselves exactly where they are.
We use gentle muscle resistance to rebuild strength and support recovery—physically and emotionally—after collapse, trauma, or near-death experiences. We cultivate pleasure, humour, and curiosity, even in moments of discomfort. We practice letting go, surrendering with no effort, and rediscovering a sense of groove and companionship with life.
Above all, this work supports a renewed sense of capability, presence, and aliveness in daily life and be ready for this year ahead.
